This website has been developed to provide residents and owners of flats in Lauderdale Mansions South, and those who might be interested in purchasing a flat, access to further information which might be of interest. The website is a means of providing you with access to useful information as well as reporting progress on the changes you want to see in the building and gardens.

Updates are made regularly and important changes are highlighted in the Announcements below. Events of interest to residents are held regularly and will be advertised both on the site and through notices.

Information regarding the management of the building, including the composition of the board, the estate manager, the on-site team and past financial details are also to be found here.

We are keen that you become involved by providing feedback, joining working parties and by attending meetings and events.

2013 EGM to approve the Service Charge Budget
The EGM will be held on Wednesday 20th November 2013. Notices and papers have been served. 
Accounts for year end 29th September 2012
The accounts for the year end 29th September 2012 for LMS and Manyplans can now be viewed in the Company Documents area. 
AGM 2013

The  AGM 2013 was held on Wednesday 12th June 2013 at which the accounts for the year end 28th September 2012 were adopted

 
2013 Directors Election
