Lauderdale Mansions (South) Limited is dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting the Estate or communicating electronically with us.
We are registered at the Information Commissioner’s Office under Registration Number ZA240645.

The Estate is covered by a CCTV system covering all entrances and gates allowing access to the site. It has been set up so that it only records activity in the common parts. Images are recorded but not monitored and automatically deleted after 30 days.
We have a CCTV Policy that describes the system, what is recorded, how images recorded are kept and secured and how they may be used.
Electronic data collected by us is collected in accordance with our Data Protection Policy that describes what we collect, how we keep it and how it may be used.
The policies are available on request from the Company Secretary by email to email@example.com or by post to the registered office.
Access To Information
The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access the information that we hold about you. Please note that any demand for access may be subject to payment of a fee of £10 which covers our costs in providing you with the information requested.
