Lauderdale Mansions South is a beautiful estate of 142 Victorian mansion flats and communal gardens on the south side of Lauderdale Road, London, W9.

This web site is designed to help provide detailed information about how the estate is managed. There are also announcements to keep residents up to date.

The website also provides access to information about Lauderdale Mansions (South) Limited, a residents management company, who manage the estate. The management company is owned by all the flat owners and is run by a volunteer Board of Directors. Every flat owner has a share in the management company and is eligible to stand for election as a director. The freehold is owned by Manyplans Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the management company.

The block is run on a day to day basis by the on site Estate Office between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
