The Annual General Meeting to receive the audited accounts and appointment of the auditors is generally held in the Summer. An Extraordinary General Meeting for presentation of the service charge budget is generally held in October.

The flat owners are notified by email or in writing with supporting papers of the date of the meetings, as well as on the noticeboards.
