Residents Handbook

The estate is arranged over 15 self-contained blocks which are all managed by Lauderdale Mansions (South) Limited. There is a well-established set of House Rules to ensure the estate is a happy and comfortable place to live. These are contained in the Residents Handbook available on request from the Executive Administrator at The Estate Office office@lauderdalemansionssouth.com

Are you letting out your flat ?

Sub-letting is permitted subject to obtaining a Licence to Sub-Let. Application must be made to the Executive Administrator.

Do you want to carry out any alterations in your flat?

Structural alterations at Lauderdale Mansions are not permitted unless a Licence to Alter has been issued by the freehold company. Any changes to room layouts or partitions can have a structural impact upon the building and you must consult with the Estate Manager at an early stage. Full requirements are available on request from the Executive Administrator.
